RAMP EPOXY FLOORING
Screeding and troweling 1/2" epoxy into wet epoxy primer.

Problem:  Heavy wear into existing 4,500 square foot ramp has caused wash-boarding of floor.

Constraints:  72 hour shutdown window.  Immediate loading of ramp by heavy forklift 12 hours after floor installation.

Solution:  Install primer, trowel down floor utilizing screed rails to eliminate wash boarding. Finished epoxy floor thickness varies from 3/16" to 1/2".

FREEZER EPOXY FLOORING
After surface preparation and initial troweling, a broadcast of coarse aggregate and finishing troweling is conducted.

Problem:  Continuous wear of brick tile floor in flash freezer.  Conveyor system runs 16 hours per day--6 days a week.

Constraints:  Below freezing temperatures, perma-frost in slab, 48 hour window for contractor, in-service temperature variance of 0 degree F to 160 degree F when washing

Solution:  Install a special freezer floor grade epoxy, 1/4" thick.  Broadcast top surface with a hardened surfacer.

Problem:  New hotel requires solvent-free epoxy floor installation that is resistant to cleaning chemicals.

Constraints:  48 Hour turn-around time to owner and no solvent odor.

Solution:  Install a 2-coat broadcast epoxy floor 1/8" thick.
