INJECTING SOIL STABILIZATION and REINFORCING SYSTEM.

Problem:  Installation of building over inadequate fill system has caused 6 inches of settlement over 10 years.

Constraints:  Building in active use during entire operation.

Solution:  Excavate down to footing height.  Reinforce footing with new steel channel system.  Stabilize soil to depth of 8 feet below the building via a soil stabilization injection liquid.  Utilizing hydraulic jacking procedures, jack building back up to original position.
